CHILDCARE: ASSISTANT DIRECTOR POSITION The service is located in Botany and is a reputable 33 place LDC for children between 0-5 years of age. The Centre aims to provide a homelike atmosphere within a caring? and stimulating environment for each individual child. Essential Criteria: ? Bachelor Of Education (Early Childhood) or Diploma Studying ECT ? Have at least 2 years experience in a Leadership role ? Current First Aid Certificate, training in management of asthma & anaphylaxis ? Confident in implementing EYLF & NQS requirements ? Awareness of regulations and standards ? Have a mature and professional approach ? Strong leadership skills and a team approach ?
