WE ARE HIRING...
We are looking for someone to fill the Administration position currently available at Teeny Tiny Homes.
Duties will include:
Answering email enquiriesPersonal assistant dutiesAnswering phone? enquiries and making appointmentsBasic computer work and data entryBasic back-end work such as invoicing and writing up Sales Agreements to be sent to customersOrdering of stock and materials
The successful candidate will need to have some experience with Administration work, be friendly and have customer service experience, work well as part of a team, have great communication skills, be a quick learner and have initiative. Any experience in the construction or manufacturing industry will be a plus.
Our manufacturing yard is located in Caboolture, so must have own transport.
Your hourly pay rate will be negotiated during your interview as it is dependent on your experience and abilities in this position.
